ViewSonic opens London Solutions Hub

ViewSonic has opened its new London Solutions Hub, creating a dedicated space where integrators, consultants and end users can explore, compare and develop complete technology solutions with ViewSonic and its ecosystem of partners.

More than a traditional showroom, the Solutions Hub reflects ViewSonic’s wider approach to AV: looking beyond individual displays to consider the complete technology ecosystem and helping customers find the right solution for their specific ambitions and challenges.

Visitors can experience and compare technologies across ViewSonic’s portfolio, from monitors and LCD displays to large-format and Direct View LED (dvLED), while exploring how they work alongside content, control, processing, audio, connectivity and mounting technologies.

The space has been designed to support conversations around a wide range of environments and applications, spanning AV, UC and IT and sectors including corporate, education and retail, without being limited to any single use case.

Ian Wedgewood, Commercial Director, UK, ViewSonic says: “Choosing the display is only one part of creating the right technology environment. For us, the starting point is understanding what someone wants to achieve, the challenges they need to solve and where their technology needs to take them in the future.

“The Solutions Hub gives us somewhere to have those conversations, compare different approaches and bring the right expertise together. We don’t work alone, and our partner ecosystem is an important part of helping customers see the bigger picture and making the process of working with ViewSonic as straightforward as possible.”

ViewSonic has worked with a broad ecosystem of partners to bring the Hub to life. Q-SYS provides control across the space, including content and audio. NowSignage provides content management capabilities and B-Tech AV Mounts has supplied mounting solutions for the displays.

The wider ecosystem also includes GH Networks, Merseyside Paper Supplies, Dalen’s Top-Tec brand, alongside technologies from NovaStar, BrightSign, Lindy and Shure covering areas including processing, digital signage, connectivity and audio.

The Hub will also provide a working space for ViewSonic customers, partners and the wider technology community. Alongside demonstrations and consultancy sessions, it will be used for training, panel discussions, industry events and collaborative workshops, giving organisations an environment in which to explore ideas and technologies together.

Sustainability will also form part of the conversation around technology selection and long-term value. ViewSonic is embedding sustainability across its value chain, from lower-carbon product design and renewable energy use to supply chain responsibility, employee development and community impact. In 2026, the company achieved an EcoVadis Gold rating, placing ViewSonic in the 97th percentile globally for sustainability performance.

Adam Kingshott, Marketing Manager for the UK and Ireland at ViewSonic comments: “Technology decisions shouldn’t begin and end with specification or price. It’s about finding the right combination of technology, expertise and support to deliver a genuine benefit.

“We want the Solutions Hub to be somewhere customers and partners can bring us an ambition or a challenge and work with our team to turn that into a solution. It’s a space to experience what’s possible today, but also to have a conversation about what comes next.”
